IDENTIFICATION

Key characteristics to the species of Formica neogagates group of Manitoba (Jeff Shaddock (unpublished) and adapted from Wheeler and Wheeler (1986) )

1.Colour otherwise (Colour of entire body is not uniformly yellowish red)
2.Pronotum with 10 or more erect hairs
